Abstract:
To solve a problem wherein it is difficult to secure dimensional accuracy of a cylinder inner peripheral surface of a power cylinder 24, because of thermal deformation, when temporarily fixing a cylinder bracket 38 to the power cylinder 24 by welding.
The cylinder bracket 38 fixed to a suspension member 34 is externally fitted to an outer periphery of the power cylinder 24 of a steering gear housing 16. First and second caulking parts formed at each of both ends of an axial direction of the cylinder bracket 38 are caulked and fixed in first and second annular grooves formed on an outer periphery of the power cylinder 24. Or the one axial direction end part of the cylinder bracket 38 is locked on a C ring fitted in the first annular groove.
