PURPOSE: To execute smoothly and exactly switching from a clamping operation of a clamping screws to a loosening operation especially, by reversing a little a motor after the motor has stopped.
CONSTITUTION: After a motor has stopped, the motor M is reversed a little, therefore, a pressure welding force which is been generated between each engaged gear is released, and especially, a clamping gear 12 is rotated in the direction opposite to an arrow and separated from a transfer gear 18, therefore, a switching operation member 27 is reset to its original position exactly by a neutral spring 28, and becomes a state that a clamping screw 21b can be loosened at any time. Also, when clamping the clamping screw 21b, a loosening gear 14 rotates in the direction in which it is bitten between an intermediate gear 17 and the transfer gear 18. However, a torque of the time of loosening is small, and it does not occur that a gear wheel train is stopped by receiving an impulsive force, therefore, such a problem as the loosening gear 14 is bitten to the transfer gear 18, etc. is not generated.
