SOLUTION: A brake means 36 to brake a driving shaft 23 when the clutch 28 of a reduction gear device 16 is cut off is provided, the speed reduction gear device 16 is composed of a counter gear 18 and a differential gear 19, and the differential gear 19 is fitted and attached to the driving shaft 23. And the clutch 28 is composed of a slide gear 30 to slide between the fitting position and the fitting releasing position for the counter gear 18 guided by a support shaft 20, and an operating means 31 to slide the slide gear 30 between the fitting position and the fitting releasing position, and the slide gear 30 and the differential gear 19 are engaged. And the brake means 36 is rotated together with the slide gear 30 at the fitting releasing position, and it is composed of an arm 37 fluctuating in the radial direction of the slide gear 30 according to the rotation number of the slide gear 30, and a stopper dog 38 to contact to the arm 37 in the rotating time of the slide gear 30 at the fitting releasing position.
