Abstract:
To provide a molding chip adsorption screw which can adsorb molding chips which are generated at screwing to a workpiece.SOLUTION: A molding chip adsorption screw is composed of a head part 2, a male screw part 10 integrated with the head part 2, and a covering member 20 applied to the periphery of an axis of the male screw part 10. The molding chip adsorption screw can adsorb molding chips or the like which are generated at screwing to a workpiece. The covering material 20 is constituted of a microcapsule 22 which encapsulates oil 21 containing lubrication performance, and a binder 25 which can dispersedly arrange the microcapsule 22. The microcapsule 22 is a gel body containing a water component, and the binder 25 contains an acrylic polymer as a main component. By this constitution, the molding chips which are generated at screwing to the workpiece are liable to cling to the softened binder 25 and the oil 21 which adheres around the axis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
