Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce ice, which has taste characteristics different from conventional ice and applies an impression just like eating pie, by alternately forming thin separate layers composed of hard materials around a soft material layer. CONSTITUTION: The inside of a recess 1 is filled with a frozen and soft liquid- state material 2 such as foamed ice cream or fruit sherbet and partially frozen 3 from the outside, the core of the liquid-state material is taken out later and a cavity is formed. Next, the wall of this cavity is coated with a frozen and hard liquid-state material such as cacao, butter or ice while using a spray tube 5, brought into contact with the soft material and solidified and a shell body is formed. Afterwards, this work is alternately performed to the soft and hard materials repeatedly until reaching its center and frozen after a bar 11 is inserted as desired.
