Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a modified fly ash which reduces an unburned carbon content using an internal combustion type rotary kiln in all of supplied coal ashes.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a modified fly ash includes: a classification step of classifying a fly ash subjected to heating treatment by an internal combustion type rotary kiln into 75 μm or less; a collecting step of collecting the sly ash classified into a fine grain side as a compatible article; a crushing step of crushing the fly ash classified into a coarse grain side so that a Blaine surface area is 4,000 cm/g or more; a measurement step of measuring a content ratio of the unburned carbon of the fly ash crushed in the crushing step; a determination step of determining appropriateness with the content ratio of the unburned carbon measured in the measurement step; and a re-heating step of subjecting the fly ash determined as the incompatible article to the heating treatment by the internal combustion type rotary kiln again.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
