The hot and cold water mixing valve adjusts water flow and mixing ratio of hot water and cold water which are delivered after a movable valve 8 slides on a fixed valve 4 and mixing water flow outlet hole in the movable valve 8 connects a cold water inlet with hot water inlet in the fixed valve 4.
