Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the interrupt of bearing by arranging a servo control electromagnetic bearing as an annex to a fluid bearing between a pipe element and a rotating shaft, and controlling the exciting current in response to the signals detected by a vibration detector and a position detector. CONSTITUTION: An electromagnetic bearing different from a fluid bearing 30 is formed between a casing 2 and a rotatable shaft 1 by a servo control element 3 fixed in the casing 2. A vibration added on the casing 2 is detected by a vibration detector 40 and is input to a power amplifier 60 through an integrate circuit 42 and a zone filter 43, and a displacement of the rotatable shaft 1 relative to the casing 2 is detected by a position detector 7 and is input to the power amplifier 60 through an automatic balancing network 52 which automatically balances the signals detected from the windings 8 and a signal modifying network 53 to control the exciting electric current fed to the electromagnetic windings corresponding to each signals. Therefore, even in the case that a heavy load is added in a short time, the interrupt of the casing and the rotating shaft can be prevented.
