To provide a minute displacement generation mechanism which can generate a minute displacement accurately and in which a production cost is not risen.
This mechanism is provided with a base body 11 and a relatively movable displacement shaft 12 for this base body 11 and plural links 15 are connectingly arranged in parallel through an elastic hinge 14 between the displacement shaft 12 and the said base body 11 and in a fluid storing part 16 formed by at least one link 15 out of these links 15 and the base body 11, a fluid 17 contacted to the base body 11 and the link 15 is sealed up and enclosed. The input of an outside operation mechanism 13 is transmitted to the link 15 through the fluid 17 and the displacement shaft 12 is displaced minutely in B direction thereby. The accurate minute displacement of the displacement shaft 12 can be generated without the affection by the outside operation mechanism 13, as the input is transmitted through the fluid 17.
