Abstract:
To provide a microsystem capable of setting the amount of stimulus applied for controlling the flow of a liquid in a passage to a suitable value.
This microsystem is provided with micro-heaters 5b and 5c for applying stimulus to the liquids flowing through the liquid passages 2b and 2c formed in a board 1, structured so as to control the flows of the liquids by the stimulus from the micro-heaters 5b and 5c, and provided with a control means used for electrically controlling the amount of the stimulus applied to the liquids by the micro-heaters 5b and 5c. By electrically controlling the amount of the stimulus applied to the liquids by the micro-heaters 5b and 5c by the control means, the amount of the stimulus can be set to a suitable value.
