To solve such a problem that it has become difficult to screen an aluminum wrought material-derived body panel material since various coatings have been applied to a surface thereof.SOLUTION: A screening method has the following processes: (1) a peeling solvent immersion process in which crushed pieces generated from aluminum dismantled/crushed scraps are immersed in a neutral coating film peeling solvent to achieve lifting or separation of a coating film applied to a surface of the crushed piece; (2) a coating film separation process in which after the process (1), the crushed pieces are put in a single shaft shredder crusher, and the lifted coating film is separated from the crushed pieces by shearing; (3) and a screening process in which after the process (2), the crushed pieces are put in a LIBS screening machine, alumina alloy types are determined and screened by alloy system. It is enough for the neutral coating film to immerse therein during only 5 to 15 minutes, and it is possible to correspond to a coating base film by modifying a detection program of the LIBS screening machine or by further immersing the same in an alkaline peeling solvent to achieve peeling and removal. The aluminum alloy types can be determined and screened by alloy system with the LIBS screening machine from the actually recovered aluminum dismantled/crushed scraps.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
