Abstract:
To provide a method for detecting looseness of a screw which can be installed with a simple work.SOLUTION: A method for detecting looseness of a screw comprises: when fastening a metal screw 11 to a structure, sandwiching terminals 20a of a pair of conductive wires 20, which are not conductive to each other, between the screw 11 and the structure (rail fastening spring 4, tie plate 2); making the terminals 20a conductive by pressing force at the time of fastening; forming an electric circuit including an electric resistance part composed of one screw 11 and the pair of conductive wires 20; monitoring a resistance value of the electric circuit; and determining that the screw 11 is loosened when the resistance value abnormally increases.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
