Abstract:
To provide a method that efficiently extracts plasmalogen from animal tissue, and yields a composition having marked cranial nerve inflammation inhibiting effect.SOLUTION: A method for producing a cranial nerve inflammation inhibiting composition includes an enzyme treatment step of treating animal tissue containing plasmalogen with protease, and an ethanol extraction step of extracting the animal tissue treated with protease, with extract containing ethanol.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
