Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leakage of pressure oil when separating a joint.
SOLUTION: When supplying pressure oil from a first supply/discharge port 51 to a second supply/discharge port 78, a work pallet 2 is first lowered toward a table 1, and a first closing member 45 of a socket 21 and a second closing member 67 of a plug 22 butt each other to form an abutting clearance B between the second closing member 67 in the butting state and a nonreturn member 72 in the plug 22. The table 1 and the pallet 2 are then fixed by a locking means 3, and the pressure oil in the first supply/discharge port 51 is supplied to the second supply/discharge port 78 via a check valve chamber 70. The nonreturn member 72 then abuts on a check valve seat 71 to close by the energizing force of a nonreturn spring 73. Afterwards, the pressure oil in the first supply/discharge port 51 is discharged outside, and the locking means 3 is changed into an unlock state from a lock state X to lift the pallet from the table 1.
