Abstract:

To solve problems that a conventional thermal tripping device has a possibility that a regulator of a regulation mechanism drops in an incorporating step in manufacturing or in conveying a workpiece after the incorporating step, and it becomes difficult to pick up the regulator and reattach the regulator.

In a bimetal forming step, a second engagement hole is provided in a position apart from a first engagement hole by a predetermined distance, and a shaft is formed between the first engagement hole and the second engagement hole. In an engagement step, a bow shaped part is fit into a guide groove and the regulator is rotatably engaged with the shaft by deforming part of the thermal tripping device.
