PURPOSE: To manufacture cheap socket pipes through a cheap and thrawaway socket mold by supplying molding material onto a socket mold formed around a wick mold which is capable of rotating in the circumferential direction and moving in the axial direction.
CONSTITUTION: Forming a molding material 4' with a concave groove 31 on a concave and convex roll 3 capable of moving according to move in the female direction of the mold 1 around a wick mold 1 capable of rotating in the circumferential direction and moving in the axial direction and hardening it, socket molds 4 are manufactured. Then a molding material layer 6 is constituted by winding molding material 6' such as glass robings which impregnate thermosetting resin liquid. Hardening the material layer 6 through a hardening furnace 7, removing it from the mold 1 having the mold 4 on the inside of the prescribed location of the layer 6, cutting the layer 6 by a cutting device 8 at the prescribed circumferential location of the layer 4 and removing the mold 4 from the layer 6, socket pipes are manufactured.
