Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a plurality of fine particle groups utilizing a carbon-fiber-containing resin body, and having features such as a favorable particle distribution, low cost, resin containment of carbon fiber, and harmlessness.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing a plurality of fine particle groups having following steps for converting a carbon-fiber-containing resin body D into fine particle groups with different particle size distributions: (1) a crushing step for crushing the resin body using an airflow crusher 11 to obtain a broad particle group F with a particle size distribution of 1 μm or more and 120 μm or less; (2) a fine particle group B collecting step for sucking a cyclone device 21 provided with a transfer pipe 22, a cyclone part 23, a damper 24, and a final recovery container 26 to collect a fine particle group B; (3) a fine particle group A stay step having a circulation device 31 having an intake port 33, and connected to a halfway of the transfer pipe 22, and for making a fine particle group A stay in a device of the cyclone device 21; and (4) a fine particle group A recovery step for weakening or stopping the suck of the device, and dropping the fine particle group A to recover it.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
