The method of manufacturing a hydraulic impeller comprises a preparing process, in which an annular shell 21 is prepared by forming grooves 21d, on the inner circumferential surface thereof, which extend in the direction of rotation and intersect at the mounting positions for a plurality of blades, a temporarily mounting process, in which the plurality of blades 22 are temporarily mounted to the mounting positions of the shell 21, and a soldering process, in which the plurality of blades 22 are secured to the shell 21 by pouring soldering material B into the grooves 21d of the shell 21.
