Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid heating device that can prevent fluid from leaking due to deterioration of a sealing material.SOLUTION: There are prepared a cylindrical shell 20 having a fluid inflow port 21, a fluid outflow port 22 and a heater insertion port 23, and a cylindrical heater outer shell 11 having a bottom portion at the tip thereof and an opening portion at the rear end thereof, and a cylindrical lid body 14 having a diameter-decreasing cylinder portion 14A and a diameter-increasing portion 14B. A heater wire 12 is inserted from the opening portion of the heater outer shell 11, and the heater wire 12 is coated with an insulation material. The heater outer shell 11 is fitted to the diameter-decreasing cylinder portion 14A of the cylindrical lid body 14, and the rear-end outer peripheral surface of the heater outer shell 11 and the inner peripheral surface of the diameter-decreasing cylinder portion 14B of the cylindrical lid body 14 are joined to each other by welding or brazing. The heater outer shell 11 joined to the cylindrical lid body 14 is inserted into the shell 20, and the outer peripheral surface of the heater insertion port 23 of the shell 20 and the inner peripheral surface of the diameter-increasing cylinder portion 14B of the cylindrical lid body 14 are joined to each other by welding or brazing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
