Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a shaft attaching hole having rotating stop function by a simple method by forming a recessing part having a rotating stop face on the face of a plate like supporting member of the reverse side of a shaft and forming a recessing part attached closely with the outer circumference face of the shaft to the face of the plate like supporting member of the shaft side.
SOLUTION: A 1st recessing part 95 of a rectangular recessing part is formed with pressing on a 1st face 87 of a carrier 71. A circular shape 2nd recessing part 96 is formed by milling on a 2nd face 88. The 2nd recessing part 96 is made to reach the bottom of the 1st recessing part 95, and an attaching hole 100 is composed of two recessing parts 95, 96. A part of the outer circumference of the top end of a shaft 70 is cut and it is made in a half circular cross-section shape and a flat face 90 is formed. The shaft 70 is inserted in the attaching hole 100. The flat face 90 of the shaft 70 is reached in contact with the rotating stop face 97 of the 1st recessing part 95 and the shaft 70 is made not to be rotated against the carrier 70. The top end face 92 of the shaft 70 is made in contact with the bottom face 93 of the 2nd recessing part, and positioning is executed.
