Abstract:

PURPOSE: To stabilize control capacity by calculating permissible rotary angle with ratio of permissible flow capacity of a secondary unit that is calculated from nominal capacity and velocity of a primary unit to the measured velocity of the secondary unit, and controlling the rotary angle with the calculated value.
CONSTITUTION: A present velocity n3 is measured by a tachogenerator 14 that is driven by a secondary unit 5, and is input to a primary speed control device 12. The primary speed control device 12 generates an objective value αdes of the rotary angle from objective speed value ndes set by hand. On the other hand, a computation device 15 calculates permissible rotation angle α allowance from the present speed n3 and permissible volume capacity Q allowance and inputs them to a limiter 16 through a direction theory device 17. While the primary speed control device 12 wants to set a rotation angle bigger than the permissible angle, the limiter 16 works to limit output signals of the primary speed control device 12, the secondary unit 5 is set within the limit of a determined system pressure and the rotation angle control device 10 sets the rotation angle of the secondary unit 5.
