To provide a method for ionizing atoms and molecules, by discharging a field energy given to a magnet as energy for imparting work to another system from a stationary permanent magnet and deriving a magnetic force that exceeds the Coulomb force for bonding a nucleus to orbital electrons.
The prime number field described with prime numbers on number theory is a field for describing a magnetic force describing a discharge of field energy from the permanent magnet and a magnetic force meaning an anti-Coulomb force. Since the prime number field has a relation equivalent to the magnetic field where the same magnetic poles of permanent magnet are made to contact or close, i.e., the prime number magnetic field, atoms and particles imparted into the prime number magnetic field are ionized and the problem is solved.
