Abstract:
PURPOSE: To safely install a template through a small amount of work for making water still and in a short time by submerging a template outer shell down to the sea bottom with its skirt portion down, and placing underwater concrete into an outer shell main body and a space between the sea bottom surface surrounded by the skirt portion and the bottom panel of the template outer shell having a concrete downflow hole opened through the bottom panel.
CONSTITUTION: A template outer shell 10 has a concrete downflow hole 16 opened through its bottom panel 10b and a downward skirt portion 10a extended around the outer periphery of the bottom face thereof. While the skirt portion 10a is made to bite into the surface of a sea bottom 12, underwater concrete 11 is placed into the anchor outer shell 10. As a result, the concrete flows down beneath the bottom panel 10b and is molded into a form matching that of the sea bottom surface. During placement of the concrete a Ptolemy pipe 23 is hung down from above the water surface and has its lower end inserted into the template outer shell 10 from a concrete placement hole 24 opened in advance, and the underwater concrete is injected into the Ptolemy pipe 24 from a work ship.
