Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a bulkhead capable of constituting a discharge cell having ultra-fine opening parts with high dimensional accuracy.
CONSTITUTION: A bulkhead is formed by cutting and removing the parts where no mask pattern 14 of a rib paste 12 applied to a back plate by a plurality of jet guns 16a, 16b, 16c, 16d while the injection pressure of the jet guns, the distance of injection, the nozzle diameter of each jet gun or the grain size of the abrasive sand is adjusted.
