Abstract:

To suppress the wasteful consumption of a pressurized fluid by detecting the irreducible minimum control pressure to operate an actuator from the supply pressure of a pressurized fluid supply source to operate the actuator.

A pressurized fluid control device is provided with a cylinder 12 to carry a work to a specified position, pumping means 14, 18 to supply or discharge a pressurized fluid to the cylinder 12, pressure detecting means 20, 22 to detect the change in the internal pressure due to the static friction resistance in the cylinder 12, a set switch 30 to set the operational condition of the cylinder 12, and a control circuit 24 to convert and receive the internal pressure of the cylinder 12 detected by the pressure detecting means 20, 22, to control the electric signal as the ON-OFF signal of the pumping means 14, 18, and to control the control pressure of the cylinder 12 unnecessary for the holding force to a constant value.
