Abstract:

To suitably remove contamination even when the entire area of a surface to be cleaned is covered with the contamination, which has been difficult to be cleaned before.

A peeled-off part between the surface to be cleaned and the contamination is expanded by a first cleaning process for spraying cleaning fluid from a direction vertical to the surface to be cleaned, and by a second cleaning process for spraying the cleaning fluid at a predetermined angle which is not vertical to the surface to be cleaned partially exposed by the first cleaning process, so as to remove the contamination.
