Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly precisely position a work without being affected by the fluctuation of weight and the like by displacing a piston to a target position in a state where balance pressure is held under the operation of a rotary driving source so as to position it.
SOLUTION: The piston 14 is speedily displaced to a prescribed position adjacent to the target position under the operation of pressure fluid supplied through a driving bulb 38 or 42. Then, CPU 26 sets the pressure of fluid to balance pressure corresponding to the load weight of the work W, drives a motor 16 and displaces the piston 14 to the target position under the driving operation of the motor 16. When the weight of the work W is displaced, CPU 26 executes an operation by using data on the rise start pressure of the piston, which is detected by a pressure sensor 40, and data on the friction and the like of a cylinder 12 so as to set balance pressure by following changed load weight. Thus, highly precise positioning can be executed without affecting the shift speed of the piston 14.
