Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid self-exitated vibration by a method in which in an apparatus for crushing a raw material by crushing rollers, the supply of the raw material, after being made excess temporarily at the start of the supply, is reduced, and a crushing load is set up low at the start of the supply of the raw material, and the crushing load is increased with the passage of time.
SOLUTION: A crushing raw material 5 supplied from a raw material supply pipe 4 to the center of a rotary table 2 is moved to the periphery of the table 2 by centrifugal force to be crushed between a crushing lace 6 and a crushing roller 3. A crushed powder and granular material are dried while being lifted in a housing 1 by hot air 7 from an air throat. In order to avoid self-excited vibration generated with the actuation and stop of a roller mill, a quantitative overshoot is implemented temporarily simultaneously with the start of the supply of the crushed raw material 5. Next, the supply of the raw material, after being reduced close to a lower limit, is elevated again. The crushing load is set up low at the start of the supply of the crushed raw material 5 and increased again corresponding to the amount of the supplied raw material.
