Abstract:
To provide a metallic screw in which, even if a metal of which the natural potential is electropositive with respect to a metal material which is a fastened member is used as a screw, hydrogen embrittlement caused by hydrogen atoms which are generated excessively by a reductive reaction caused by the metal can be prevented, and a fastening method therefor.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a metallic screw Sc to be fastened to a metal material which is a fastened member. The metallic screw is a hydrogen embrittlement resistant metallic screw which is constituted of a metal of which the natural potential is electropositive with respect to the metal material and in which a water repellent material is deposited at least in a contact part based on the fastening with the metal material or nearby the contact part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
