To provide a membrane laminated film structure capable of separately determining and/or optimizing mechanical properties and electric or magnetic properties.
The membrane laminated film structure 300 has the metal membrane 320 formed on the surface of a dielectric membrane 310 and the membrane 330 formed to the surface of the metal membrane 320 on the side opposite to the dielectric membrane 320. The electric properties and mechanical properties of the membrane laminated film structure can be separately determined and/or optimized. The metal membrane 310 and the dielectric membrane 320 may have aluminized Mylar.
