Abstract:
To provide a system and a structure which are useful in various applications such as waste reduction, supply chain completeness maintenance, recycle of a self-sinking buoy or waste and so on, can be physically self-destructed by a controlled triggerable method.SOLUTION: A device 100 includes a structure 102 comprising a prescribed breakable region, and a mechanical actuator 110 which is located in or in vicinity of the prescribed breakable region. The mechanical actuator 110 comprises an impact member coupled to a spring constituent, and a restraint member operatively coupled to the spring constituent. A trigger source 112 is operatively coupled to a power source 114. The trigger source 112 is so configured as to release or break the restraint member so that in response to reception of electric current from the power source 114, the spring constituent compulsorily moves the impact member so as to bring the same into contact with the prescribed breakable region, and can break the prescribed breakable region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
