Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3815405
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superminiature matrix relay easy to assemble.
SOLUTION: A plurality of electric circuits are opened and closed in such a way that a piezoelectric element 128 is installed in a thin plate base material 125 comprising a single crystal, first, second, third, and fourth moving pieces 121, 122, 123 and 124 each having a moving contact 130 on one side are arranged in an insulated state, both ends of them are fixed to a base 110, the moving pieces 121, 122, 123, and 124 are individually bent through the piezoelectric element 128, and thereby, the moving contact 130 is brought close to or separated from fixed contacts 145, 146 formed on a ceiling surface of a cover 140 positioned in the upper part of the base 110.
