Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve roundness and parallelism of a seat ring and a valve main body and improve performance of a cutting-off property of the regulating valve, etc., by finish-cutting the seat ring after installing the seat ring on a seat ring installation part of the valve main body.
SOLUTION: A seat ring 2 held on a click 14 is screwed on a seat ring installation part 1A of a valve main body 1 by moving a screwing tool 10 to the left on an axial line of a main spindle 7 while rotating the valve main body 1 clamped on the main spindle 7 with the main spindle 7 at the time of assembling the seat ring 2. Thereafter, as regards finish machining, the seat ring 2 installed on the valve main body 1 is finished by a machining means while rotating the main spindle 7 as the valve main body 1 is left clamped on the main spindle 7. Consequently, it is possible to improve roundness and parallelism of the seat ring 2 and the valve main body 1 and to heighten performance of a cutting-off property of a regulating valve, etc.
