Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a mesh woven fabric by which the woven fabric can be made smooth and prevented from forming gaps when stuck to or embedded in a cement product, a resin product, or the like.SOLUTION: There is obtained a multifilament yarn which is formed by aligning multiple core-sheath type composite fibers having a core component comprising a high-melting-point polymer and a sheath component comprising a low-melting-point polymer. Warp yarns and weft yarns are each obtained by the soft twisting of the multifilament yarn. The warp yarns are divided into an A row group comprising A1 and A2 and a B row group comprising B1 and B2. Each group of the A row group and the B row group is vertically moved to provide gaps in a vertical direction between the A row group and the B row group. Into each gap, a weft yarn C1 is beaten, and then a weft yarn C2 is beaten to weave a mesh woven fabric. The mesh woven fabric and cement or a resin are stacked and heated or compressed to be integrated. Thereby, a cement product or a resin product is obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
