Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently manufacturing a hot melt fluororesin powder composition having incorporated carbon black therewith for obtaining a molded product excellent in electroconductivity.
SOLUTION: An electrolyte is added to an aqueous dispersion of a hot melt fluororesin obtained by emulsion polymerization, followed by mechanical stirring to cause the hot melt fluororesin fine particles to aggregate, which are separated from the aqueous medium and dried to give an aggregated powder. The aggregated powder and carbon black having an average particle size of 0.1 μm or less are introduced into a rotary mixer to be mixed and crushed to give a hot melt fluororesin powder composition having an average particle size of 6 μm or less and suitable as a raw material of an electroconductive molded product.
