Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a double pipe joint structure and the structure for connecting a double pipe through which fluid such as liquid, gas, etc. flows to each outer pipe and inner pipe.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of the present invention, a double pipe 10 in which an inner pipe 12 is provided inside an outer pipe 11, and a connection pipe 20 in which a large-diameter connection pipe 21 and a small-diameter connection pipe 22 are aligned are formed in a joint structure. A forming tool is used which has a forming punch 40 and a fastening clamp 50. The manufacturing method includes: a) an initial process of facing a tip end part of a diameter punch; (b) an expansion process for expanding an outer tube, an inner tube and a common portion along an inclination of a middle portion of the punch by pressing in the forming punch; c) a terminating process for further pressing in to expand until it reaches the same dimension as an outer diameter of the connection pipe; d) a fastening process for fastening by the fastening clamp; e) a loading process for inserting the connection pipe; and f) brazing process for brazing so as to cover a pipe body end opening and gap of the joint part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
