Abstract:

To provide a carbon fiber composite metal material in which carbon nanofibers are uniformly dispersed while maintaining a good fiber state and to provide a method for producing the same and a carbon fiber composite metal molded product using the carbon fiber composite metal material.

The method for producing the carbon fiber composite metal material is characterized as comprising the following steps. A step (a) of mixing an elastomer 30 with first metal particles 50, a step (b) of mixing the elastomer 30 containing the first metal particles 50 with the carbon nanofibers 40, dispersing the carbon nanofibers with shear force and forming a carbon fiber composite material, a step (c) of mixing the carbon fiber composite material with second metal particles and forming an intermediate material and a step (d) of forming the carbon fiber composite metal material in which the carbon nanofibers 40 are dispersed by using the intermediate material as at least a part of the metal material.
