Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an anchor bolt with satisfactory manufacturing efficiency.SOLUTION: In an anchor bolt concerning a manufacturing method of the present invention, a four-sided inclined plane 11 approaching a central axis of a taper member 7 into which an expansion member 8 is externally engaged as going toward a base end side is formed in the taper member 7, and four contact parts 12 which form an inner surface 14 in surface contact with the inclined plane 11 of the taper member 7, and a bridge part 13 which connects the respective contact parts 12 are integrally molded in the expansion member 8. The manufacturing method of the present invention has: a casting process of molding and releasing an intermediate product 19 in which a gap L1 between free end sides of the inner surface 14 of the respective contact parts 12 is equal to or more than a dimension L2 on a tip side of the taper member 7; an assembly process of inserting the taper member 7 between the free end sides of the respective contact parts 12 in the intermediate product 19 immediately after release to externally engaging the intermediate product 19 into the taper member 7; and a molding process of performing plastic deformation of the intermediate product 19 in a high temperature state immediately after external engagement to bring the respective contact parts 12 near a side of the taper member 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
