Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual container valve capable of realizing an ensured valve close state and having durability.SOLUTION: A manual container valve 1 mounted to a high-pressure hydrogen cylinder for storing a high-pressure hydrogen gas G, includes a sun gear spindle 71 connected to a rotary handle 51, a ring gear 72 fixed to a housing 31, a plurality of planetary gears 73, a cylindrical planetary carrier 74 outputting revolution of the planetary gears 73 as rotation, a holder 55 connected to the cylindrical planetary carrier 74 moving in a vertical direction by a conversion screw groove 53ab of an upper gland nut 53 and conducting torque by a rotating operation of the rotary handle 51 to an opening/closing valve 59 as the force in the vertical direction, and a disc spring 54 buffering vertical relative movement of the holder 55 to the cylindrical planetary carrier 74, and biasing the holder 55 in a direction separating from the cylindrical planetary carrier 74.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
