Abstract:
To improve effectiveness of prevention of valve fixation.SOLUTION: A management system includes: a temperature acquisition section 3 acquiring temperature data from a temperature sensor 1 provided in a valve body; a temperature storage section 4 storing the temperature data; a fixation prevention condition storage section 5 storing a relation between a temperature of the valve body and a duration of the temperature when fixation of the valve body did not occur in past investigation, as a fixation prevention condition; a temperature rise state determination section 6 determining whether or not a temperature rise of the valve body is sufficient by checking the temperature of the valve body and the duration of the temperature after resumption of heating treatment out of data stored in the temperature storage section 4 against the fixation prevention condition when the heating treatment of the valve body is resumed in a facility in which the valve body is installed; and a determination result presentation section 7 presenting the determination result obtained by the temperature rise state determination section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
