Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet bearing device or a magnetically levitated motor, which can achieve miniaturization by combining a radial magnet bearing or a motor with a thrust magnet bearing, by using the bias magnet flux of the combined magnetically levitated motor.
SOLUTION: Magnet circuit parts for two stator side thrust bearings are provided holding the magnet circuit part for a rotor side thrust bearing, provided on the rotor 11 side in between, and bias magnet fluxes B1, B2 for forming the radial levitated control magnet flux are constituted, so that the bias magnet fluxes B1, B2 pass the radial direction gap, formed in between the magnet circuit parts for the rotor side thrust bearing and the magnet circuit parts for the stator side thrust bearing. Furthermore, a thrust control coil 7 having superior bearing properties by a VCM (voice coil motor) method, which is wound centering around the shaft, is disposed in the bias magnet fluxes B1, B2 for forming the radial levitated control magnet flux.
