Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic gear device capable of preventing stepping-out without increasing magnetic force.SOLUTION: A magnetic gear device includes a pair of first magnetic gear 10 and second magnetic gear 20, and the other pair of third gear 30 and fourth gear 40. The first magnetic gear 10 and the third gear 30 are integrally rotatable in a first rotating direction on a first rotating shaft 13 as a center. The second magnetic gear 20 and the fourth gear 40 are integrally rotatable in a second rotating direction R2 on a second rotating shaft 23 as a center. The third gear 30 and the fourth gear 40 are disposed in a state of being kept into contact with each other in a torque transmittable state. In a first state that input torque input to the first rotating shaft 13 is a maximum transmission torque between the first magnetic gear 10 and the second magnetic gear 20 or less, torque is transmitted between the first magnetic gear 10 and the second magnetic gear 20. In a second state that the input torque is over the maximum transmission torque, the torque is transmitted between the third gear 30 and the fourth gear 40 in addition to the torque transmitted between the first magnetic gear 10 and the second magnetic gear 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
