Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic bearing control device that can stably float a controlled object with magnetic force even when frequency used by a state detector is reduced.
SOLUTION: This control device is equipped with an electromagnet 21 as a magnetic force generating source, a power amplifier 14 for supplying control current whose pulse width is modulated by the electromagnet, a signal amplifier 13 for amplifying signals inputted into the power amplifier, a state detector for detecting a state of an object controlled by magnetic force of the electromagnet. In this case, a removing device 30 for removing a signal component of a frequency band region used in the state detector is provided between the signal amplifier 13 and the power amplifier 14.
