Abstract:
To provide a machining device for a connecting rod and a manufacturing method for a connecting rod which can deal with different kinds of con rods for finish-machining easily in a short time.SOLUTION: Using an NC machine tool 1 that has a first rotary cutting tool 14 that is inserted into a large end hole 23 formed in a large end part 22 of a con rod 20 to rotationally cut an inner side of the large end part 22, a second rotary cutting tool 15 that is inserted into a small end hole 25 formed in a small end part 24 of the con rod 20 to rotationally cut an inner side of the small end part 24, a lower saddle 4 for supporting the first rotary cutting tool 14 and an upper saddle 5 for supporting the second rotary cutting tool, which can vary an interval between the first rotary cutting tool 14 and the second rotary cutting tool 15 by moving the lower saddle 4 and the upper saddle 5 up and down, the large end hole 23 and the small end hole 25 of the con rod 20 are finish-machined.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
