Abstract:
To provide a compact lower reinforcing ring which is hardly solidified while two or more rings are superimposed on one another even if being applied with adhesive coating processing.SOLUTION: A lower reinforcing ring embedded into a dust cover has a flat-plate shaped annular base part and a conical trapezoidal tooth part arranged while adjoining an internal peripheral side of the annular base part, and extending to the internal peripheral side while inclining to the annular base part. When setting a main face of a side at which a conical trapezoidal apex part constituted of the tooth part exists as an upper face, and a main face at an opposite side as a lower face, a line formed of the upper face and the lower face in a cross section in a radial direction includes a linear portion which is formed of the annular base part and the tooth part, and a circular arc portion sandwiched by the annular base part and the tooth part. A curvature radius R1 of the circular arc portion formed of the upper face and a curvature radius R2 of the circular arc portion formed of the lower face satisfy R1>R2, and when superimposing two rings in a vertical direction, the circular arc portion of the lower face at an upper side and the circular arc portion of the upper face at a lower side point-contact with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
