Abstract:
To provide a looseness detection label capable of suppressing peeling from a component to be bolted and a bolting member when causing the looseness of the bolting member to easily break looseness detection wiring.SOLUTION: A looseness detection label comprises: a film substrate 10 consisting of a labeling region 10c bonded on a component to be bolted and labeling regions 10a and 10b labeled on a bolting member; a protective film 20 laminated on the film substrate 10; an antenna 12 provided in the labeling region 10a; looseness detection wiring 13 provided over the labeling regions 10a-10c; and an IC chip 11 provided in the labeling region 10a and capable of detecting the conduction state of the looseness detection wiring 13 to transmit the detection result through the antenna 12. In the protective film 20, a half slit 15 extended in a direction orthogonal to a direction connecting the labeling regions 10b and 10c to each other is provided in a region facing the labeling regions 10b and 10c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
