To provide a logic plate of a device or the like of a fuel cell power generation system in which complicated piping, a part of components, and wiring or the like are built in a plate, and in which assembling is easier and safe, and downsizing of the device is realized.
These are logic plates 1A, 1B formed by joining two sheets of plates 2, 3, while component equipment 11, 12, 26a, 26b of the device are arranged and installed on the surface of these logic plates 1A, 1B, a groove 8 to be flow passage of a fluid is formed at a joining face of the plate 2, and the logic plates 1A, 1B constituted in the equipment 11, 12, 26a, 26b by the groove 8 are made as a three-dimensional module 15 by integrally fixing in a state that their back faces are attached to each other.
