To provide a locking tool capable of being held in a stable mounting condition while allowing easy mounting work on the mounting face of a mounting body such as a wall.

An adhesive coat 12 is adhered to the reverse of a synthetic resin sheet 11 having gas barrier property and flexibility. A locking pin 13 is adhered to the surface of the synthetic resin sheet 11 via a fusion joint portion 14. The adhesive coat 12 on the synthetic resin sheet 11 is adhered to a surface 41a of an inside wall 41. There is no entry of water in a joint interface between the sheet 11 and the adhesive coat 12 after permeating from the surface of the synthetic resin sheet 11 through the sheet 11, therefore maintaining the joining strength of the synthetic resin sheet 11 on the surface 41a, preventing the deterioration of the adhesive coat 12, and holding the locking tool K in a stable mounting condition. This eliminates work for applying a waterproof means and allows easy mounting work for the locking tool K.
