To hold proper fixing capacity, and to make a liquid reservoir stabilizing bar adjustable and compact by installing the stabilizing bar being respectively connected to plates and extending in the mutually opposite direction so as to separate from both ends of the plates, in a liquid reservoir.

A stabilizing bar 50 contains a support structure such as a substantially plane continuous installing plate 58 having the first end 62 and the second end 64. The stabilizing bar 50 is desirably arranged in a liquid reservoir so that the plate 58 is substantially arranged in the lateral direction between both struts in the liquid reservoir. Slots 70, 71 are mutually arranged in parallel in the lengthwise direction of the plate 58. When the slender slots 70, 71 are arranged in the plate 58 by this method, a part can be adjustably installed on the plate along a distance of the slots. Tabs 66, 68 desirably and normally extend from the plate 58 in the opposite direction.
