Abstract:
The invention provides a hydraulic tube expansion device. The device is of a structure which can pressurize liquid accurately with good reproducibility to control the pressure of the liquid to be the expected pressure and enable maintenance of the device to be easy. A hydraulic tube expansion device 1 comprises a liquid supply tank 6 for storing tube expansion liquid W1, a supercharger 4 pressurizing the tube expansion liquid W1 from the liquid supply tank 6 to ultrahigh pressure and a tube expansion tool portion 3 used for injecting ultra high pressure tube expansion liquid W2 from the supercharger 4 into a sealing portion for conducting tube expansion forming. The supercharger 4 comprises a motor 48, a movement conversion mechanism 49 used for converting rotating movement of the motor 48 into reciprocating movement of a plunger 45 and a pressure maintenance valve 42.
